Our coaching groups are intentionally small cohorts (3-6 people), designed to allow for more individualized development and feedback. These groups meet weekly in a virtual setting, 1 hour per week, for 6-8 weeks at a time. If this is your first experience with leadership or personal coaching, we recommend beginning with the “Disciple” cohort. However you may register for any cohort at any time, without having completed the prior stages first.
Our Disciple Groups are designed for those at the beginning stages of their personal growth journey who have not yet benefited from the guidance of a personal mentor. The core focus is on establishing a solid identity, inner healing, and growing confidence.
Our Discover Groups are designed for those who have begun the process of creating a healthy inner life and are ready to begin their leadership journey. The core focus is on examining gifts, passions, and past experiences to discover & define purpose & calling.
Our Develop Groups are designed for those who have a clear vision of their purpose and calling and are ready to begin taking active steps, or who are already in the midst of these steps. The core focus is on practical leadership skills and emotional health & intelligence.
How do groups meet?
Groups meet virtually using a Zoom room. Participants will need to have a solid internet connection, and preferably a private/quiet space (or utilize headphones).
How often do groups meet?
Typically groups meet once a week. Each session will last approximately one hour. The cohorts last for 6-8 weeks at a time.
Do I have to complete one stage before moving on to the next?
Not at all. Participants may register for any cohort in any order. It is not necessary to complete one stage before proceeding to another. However for someone who has never experienced personal or leadership coaching before, it is recommended that you start with a Disciple cohort (stage one), and then move on to Discover and Develop.
How much do groups cost?
Payments operate on a sliding scale, with three levels of payment. Our “Generosity” level is for those who can pay full price, as well as contribute to the registration cost of another participant. At this level, a registrant would pay $249. The “Full Price” level is for those who can cover the full cost of registration at $149. The “Foundation” level is for those who need financial assistance to cover the cost of their registration. At this level, a registrant would pay $49.
How do you determine the level at which registrants are charged?
We don’t. We believe that it is up to the participant to search their own heart and budget to determine the value of their own development. It has been our experience that most of our participants are able to secure the resources needed to pay full price, and many have invested in the leadership of others by generously contributing at the highest level. Because we value making leadership development affordable and accessible, we use a sliding payment scale to do just that.
